Sure I have cervical cancer. Someone to talk to be nice

Hi, obviously I'm a new user! Hope I've posted this in the right place. I am mid 30's and I have never had a smear. I went to the Dr in September thinking I had a uti(a common thing for me) I had been bleeding non stop since July with only a couple of hours or a day where I stopped.sorry too much info. Well by September I was fed up of wearing towels all the time and I had a huge pain in my lower back and around the back of my kidneys. I had lost a stone in that month and as happy as I was that I lost it,I wasn't trying to. I explained this to the Dr and he sent me the next wk for an internal, scared out of my mind I laid on the table where a nurse told me not to worry I'm no different from anyone else......how wrong that was....she was looking and told me that there was a vast amount of blood and that she couldn't see my cervix (sorry too much info again.!)1 hour and four speculums later she went and got a Dr who stood on the other side of the room and said oh my God that doesn't look right I'll make an urgent request..two weeks later I had an appointment and waited for my train at the station only to receive a phone call telling me they cancelled half their list and I was one of them. The following week I was back on the station got to the hospital was seen by a specialist who again said she couldn't see anything as there's too much blood that everything she checked has made her worried and made a call for an urgent colposcopy at some time this week. I pushed and pushed what could cause these problems and she said she's worried it's cancer. Everyone I have seen has hinted to me it's cancer. I have decided that's what it is as I am in the high risk category due to medication I am on for immunosuppression from two organ transplants. I have it in my family and I know where I stand. I am in alot of pain light headed dizzy extremely fatigued and lethargic. Feel swollen and am still bleeding. Please can anyone help me?
