Hi i had treatment 4 days ago, not much bleeding but a discharge from day 1 is it just me or is there a distinct smell, makes me feel yuk!!
I’ve been moping around since procedure can’t get my act together at all, so much has gone wrong in life recently this was the icing on the cake!! Must get a grip tomorrow!!!
@Lois yes ! It does ! Had it done on 05/10 and was so conscious of the bad smell. Glad to say I’ve not had it for well over a week now xx
After my first Lletz it smelt awful. I had some antibiotics for an infection and it cleared quickly. The second Lletz procedure I had was better, little discharge and no smell. If it continues, you may want to check you haven’t got an infection but I’ve read the smell after is quite common and it does clear.
After having treatment in October 2022 I’ve now got a follow colposcopy on Friday 21st April 2023 …. Nervous once again!!
