Hi everyone I had my first smear recently I’m 36 and have three kids I didn’t have one as had bad experience when I had my son and was too scared as my dad passed away. I have been having panic attacks since I had my smear and haven’t eaten for a week. I am so scared of result as if it came back with severe changes how long it could of been there and would I of known. So scared xx
Please don't be scared. You've taken the first steps in getting yourself checked out. Thats the main thing. Hopefully things will be okay. But if they're not.... Even if it's "high grade changes" it doesn't necessarily mean cancer. I had cin3 8 years ago and it was all removed without any further treatment required xx
