Post hysterectomy CIN3

Hello. I had my hysterectomy 5 years ago due to CIN3 and high risk HPV. I am seen yearly for colposcopy as HPV still present. For the first time in 5 years they have found abnormal cell changes described as low grade dyskariosis - this term refers to the cervix but I don’t have one, anyone any idea what this means I am struggling to find answers or make sense of this? Thank you

Hello I am no expert but I believe is called Vain . Is not cancer but like CIN needs to be kept in check. There is some information about it from other women that have it on this forum.
