I’m so worried!! I had LLETZ on the 26th, I have had no bleeding at all just a very strong smelling discharge. I’ve called my GP and they have put me in two lots of antibiotics which I am starting today.
Has anyone else had an infection after LLETZ and all has been okay??
Trying to take it one day at a time but with a 7 month old it’s so difficult and not to mention we go on holiday in a week!
Not myself, no, but I’ve seen many posts where ladies have experienced infections after procedures, so you’re not alone. The important thing is that you reported it and got help. I’m sure you will soon start to feel better. You should be fine by the time you go on holiday as antibiotics generally start to show an effect after about 48 hours. X
Hello I had a horrible UTI after Lletz extremely painful but after 2 days of antibiotics the pain almost all gone and I was 100 % in around 5 days , antibiotics work very fast. Take care for sure you will be fine for holidays just don’t forget to take all tablets on time.
