Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum. I had a colposcopy a couple of weeks ago and have been told I have high grade CGIN and will have LLETZ later today. I have horrible health anxiety and am already crying as I type. I'm worried that high grade CGIN means it may last longer or hurt more?
Having suffered from panic attacks for years I am terrified of the elevated heart rate from local anaesthetic. I don't think I can cope with it, and not having my mum there.
I would be grateful for people sharing their honest stories and experiences! Also scared in case I haemorrhage and end up in hospital.
