Bleeding after Letz

Hi Ladies,

 

I had letz today to remove high grade cells and I’m just wondering how much I should be bleeding. I’m bleeding quite heavily and the leaflet says spotting. I’m sure it’s normal but was curious.

I had the lletz under GA plus mum Fallopian tubes removed and I haven’t bled at all yet! It’s particularly worrying from what I’ve been told if it’s big clots you’re losing or if you’re soaking more than a pad an hour. Do call the hospital to check if you’re worried!

I had bleeding like a moderate period after my second lletz from the procedure for 4 weeks. The first one I had no bleeding until day 10 then moderate/heavy bleeding for 2 weeks.

As long as your not soaking through thick maternity pads and you are well it’s probably normal. Any concerns give the clinic a wee call and check xxxx
