Hi. I have increased my hrt from 1mg to 2mg 2 weeks ago and I am still getting around 2 hours sleep per night. No hot flushes anymore but just can’t sleep. Does anyone know how long the hrt should start kicking in? I thought by 2 weeks it would work as I am already taking hrt. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey wonder how you guys are get on since with hrt due to commence mine soon , hot flushes interrupted sleep and just exhausted always
