Hi all,
I had an abnormal smear in September 2020 that was borderline changes, attended colposcopy October 2020 and they took a biopsy which came back as CIN2 more abnormal than what was initially thought but no cancer cells present.
I've had the LLETZ procedure done this week and they said they send the part of the cervix off to histology to re check the grade and that they've got it all? I'm abit of a worrier and don't want to waste GP's time but I worry what if the sample comes back as cancerous after the LLETZ? Has that ever happened to anyone?
