Results Advice Needed

Treatment for cell changes (abnormal cells)

Hi girls

Had colposcopy just over 3 weeks ago and lletz on the same day.

Today I've had my colposcopy results back that read 'the results from your recent treatment confirmed presence of abnormal cells and these have been removed'

Most woman on here seemed to know what CIN they were and if they had clear margins or not but mine seems so vague. Did anybody else have this or are lletz results separate? I'm just really confused still.

Many places don't provide this results as it can cause confusion. If you'd like to know the details of your abnormal cells you can call your colposcopy clinic and ask to speak with the colposcopy nurse.

 

On the basis they said all have been removed, that means you have clear margins. X
