Just had my period 12 days ago and now have started bleeding again. Rang the GP and am off down there for some swabs and checks. Has anyone else had this? My last smear was in June 2021 and came back clear so strange why now going through this.
I had this. I had a colposcopy and ultrasound that were normal. In the end I went on the pill for 6-12 months can’t remember exactly and that sorted it completely out and when I came off the pill I was fine. Think it was considered hormonal.

Just read your history and would suggest you be referred for a colposcopy just in case scar tissue is masking any abnormality. However if you recently tested negative for HPV then I believe you will be fine.
