Low WBC count 6 months after treatment?

Hi, all,
Trying not to get panicked all over again. I was 1B3 and went through 6 weeks of chemorads and 4 brachy. Had my final brachy end of February and got NED scans in May. Just went back for a follow up with my medical oncologist and she did some blood work to see how everything was recovering. My white blood count is still pretty low - at the end of treatment it had been around 2.1 and it’s only recovered back up to 2.6. She wants me to come back next week for some additional blood work, but from everything I’ve seen I think my numbers should have bounced back by now, so I’m worried it’s something else and of course my mind goes to the worst (I’m an 11-year-clear lymphoma survivor, too and I think blood cancers can cause low WBC). Just wondering if anyone else has any similar experience with your levels taking a long time after treatments to bounce back or any insight as to whether this is normal? Thanks!
