Hi, I am due to have my second lletz next Tuesday due to cin3 ..had the same 12 yrs ago , clear smears very year since until this year ..cin3 showed up on biopsy during colposcopy after smear said low grade change. I have 3 kids under 5 and my anxiety is through the roof ! My consultant is very reassuring and thinks lletz will take care of it ( he couldn't visibly see any changes during colposcopy) , but I have this fear they find a higher grade during lletz ... What are ppls experiences, does lletz work? Thanks so much x
It has a very high success rate. I'm almost certainly due one this month too ( bring finalised this week).
I think recovery times vary according to what I have read on sites etc though
