Hi all, 

I had my lletz surgery under GA last Friday. I am meant to be returning to work tomorrow but just do not feel up to it. My job involves a lot of challenging behaviour. I have booked an appointment to see my GP in morning but feel guilty as I see that a lot of other people have returned to work after a day or two. I'm also worried that this being such a small procedure the doctor might laugh at me wanting more time off work. Has anyone else experienced this?

 the doctor won't laugh at you it not a small op the women that return to work so quick are the exception not the rule

I am waiting for my colposcopy result still but the gynaecologist said her gut feeling is that I need treatment and mentioned lletz. If your not better, please don’t feel guilty. Especially with work! They will replace us in a heartbeat. Need to take care of yourself
