Hi All,

Had lletz under GA and just got letter from hospital to say that results come back showing an abnormality (CIN 3) which has been treated. 

I will require a repeat smear & HPV Test in 6 months. 

Does this mean that the cells definitely aren't cancerous at this stage? Is this good news? I'm so confused!

Definitely good news. It sounds like they’ve been able to remove the abnormalities with a clear margin. A repeat smear in 6 months is normal practice after treatment.
