Immunotherapy-induced Raynaud's (stiff & numb fingers/toes)

I have Stage 4 CC, and am six months into treatment with Libtayo (cemiplimab). I have started to experience stiffness and numbness in my hands and feet. They aren’t swollen, or even tingly like with neuropathy, just cold and stiff. It is worse when I get cold, and in the few days after my infusion.

There are a number of recent studies on this side effect:

  • Raynaud’s Phenomenon From PD-1 Immune Checkpoint Inhibition, 2020

  • Late‐Onset Immunotherapy Toxicity and Delayed Autoantibody Changes: Checkpoint Inhibitor–Induced Raynaud’s‐Like Phenomenon, 2020

  • Rheumatologic complications of checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapy, 2022

I would love to connect with anyone who has had or is currently experiencing something similar!

Hi mayana

I don’t have any experience or knowledge of Libtayo treatment. Just wondered if you are are aware that there is section for advanced cervical cancer on this forum, where I think you will be more likely to meet others in a similar situation to you:
