So I’m coming for my first check up, my life is so so much different since my diagnosis and in alot of ways so much better as it has given me a new outlook BUT the prospect of my first check uo has got me slightly nervous as it could blow everything out the water. I’m keeping a positive head but the nervous jitters will always be there I think as we are all walking proof that it can happen to anyone. fingers crossed for me

I've learnt to listen to my body - if you feel ok you more than likely are but it is always nerve racking! I had scans before mine and I was a mess! Then when I was told my cancer was just a trace I couldn't stop smiling - you'll be celebratinf after I know it - me and my sister went and had a jug cocktail each lol! In weather spoons with the drunks! Xx
