I had the lletz procedure done last thursday. Felt fine the day after and even returned back to work. Since saturday though i have been feeling sick,tired and dizzy. Is this normal

I had my LLETZ done on 23/11/16. Im still bleeding but its getting lighter each day. My worry too is the tiredness and nausea ive been feeling it started the next day so been 3 days now. Not sure if im.just worrying about nothing. I'm hoping someone else who may have been there the same as us can let us know if this is normal?
