Experiencing symptoms very very worried!

Hi I’m 21 years old and extremely worried about some symptoms Ive been recently having, about a Week ago I started to get some brown discharge a few days later I had blood in my urine still having the brown discharge doctor thought it might be uti so gave me antibiotics for a 3 day course, during this i was having back pain and stomach pain, after the antibiotics were done the bleeding was still there so I asked doctor for smear test to be told I was too young!! 2 days later the bleeding stopped however still having back pain, I now am really struggling to pass bowel movements which is not like me at all, i have a very clear watery like discharge a lot now and still have very sore back pain, still being told no for a smear test they can only do a pelvic exam which is booked in for a weeks time, I am so very very worried please any advice/ help would be great
