I have been diagnosed with very early cervical cancer .... 1mm and can only be seen under the microscope. What is the likelihood that it has spread... Does anyone know please? I am awaiting my MRI results and petrified!!

I would imagine that it is very unlikely to have spread. Take a look at the diagrams on this site for staging. You will find them top right under Cervical cancer & abnormalities.

I echo Tivoli above and would think that it is very unlikely to have spread too. I had stage 1b1 and it hadn't spread.
