I have just completed 3 months of AHCC 3gms daily and 2 months of Papillex 2 daily (An HPV Multi Vitamin) . I just started 4 Papillex daily as I just read to double for active infection.

About the time I started the supplements, I received my first ever abnormal PAP after managing persistent HR HPV for the last 10 years. Because the HPV persisted, colposcopies were done each year to view my cervix where mild dysplasia and chronic inflammation have been observed for at least 4 of those 10 years.

My abnormal PAP confirmed C1N1. I, like most, am traveling a path I donā€™t want to, going in the wrong direction.

My colposcopy was delayed due to holidays and the Gyno having COVID which worked to my advantage in allowing the supplements to have time to do their thing.

In the interim, 6 childhood warts disappeared from my hands (now 8 and all of them). I am 56 years old. I feel that was due to both supplements together. My nails are growing like crazy, too! I had a good feeling about my colposcopy.

Colposcopy results are in! Sure enough, NO C1N1 ā€“ and NO dysplasia. WOW. JUST WOW.

But the HR HPV infection was found active in one of the biopsy tissues as well and chronic and severe inflammation in all of them. This on its own will allow HPV to persist and on its own cause cancer.

I am continuing what I am doing and will get another Pap in a few months although GYNO said okay to wait a year.

I am hoping that for my next annual colposcopy to at the very least stay dysplasia free and have addressed the inflammation in a good enough way to lessen from the state of chronic and severe. Mild inflammation and no dysplasia is my hope while eradicating the virus completely my dream.

Do you know if the gel is easy to use as I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands/fingers and if the gel requires good manual dexterity in my fingers to open it and use it then I going to struggle

You do have to squeeze the tube well to get it out, not sure how easy it will be for you, I squeeze as much as I can in one go and then try and bend the tube to get the last bits out
The leaflet does say that you donā€™t need to get all of it in. Canā€™t remember (and Iā€™ve thrown the leaflet) but I think the tube is 5ml and you need to use 2ml but Iā€™m not sure if thatā€™s correct
I think some websites you can buy just 7 tubes of Papilocare maybe if you find that then itā€™s not so expensive if you struggle with it

I find it quite tricky as the tube is quite small and because the gel just leaks straight back out of me I have to put the tube in quite far and then squeeze it from inside. Iā€™m using every 2 days at the moment and also using a mooncup because leakage so bad!

I put the tube in as far as it will go and give one big squeeze and then try and keep my pelvis up a little
Most days that seems to work! I donā€™t notice it until I get up in the mornings on the days it falls out (sorry) so I think itā€™s staying in at night which is good but it is tricky

Although even if I sneeze I wee lol so keeping the gel in is not going to be easy
knowing my luck I will sneeze and lots of gel comes out and I will look like I weed myself even more lol
