Hey, I’ve posted a few times over the past few weeks. I had a hystercoscopy and Lletz last week, under a general, after my biopsy results came back with CGIN changes following by colposcopy appointment. The pathology report from the hystercoscopy has confirmed CGIN again and also an area of high grade CIN 3. Thankfully no cancer has been found. I’m very relieved that I’m still in the precancerous stage although considering my smear showed mild/low grade changes my biopsy results have been very different. I’ve got a meeting with my consultant next Tuesday to discuss the plan going forward, I know he’s already pro hysterectomy for the CGIN changes but we’ll see what he says.
