I had a LLETZ done on March 25th because I am HPV positive(don’t know which strain because they don’t seem to do that test here in Ireland) and had CIN 2&3 at colposcopy. I haven’t got the results yet. The day after the procedure I started on AHCC supplements (3g a day).I have ordered Lactobacillus crispatus also because I read that this species promotes a healthy vaginal flora.I was wondering if anyone has had any success with any supplements or probiotics?
