CIN 1. Worried about bleeding

Hi everyone, i was diagnosed with CIN 1 and high risk HPV last year after my first smear at age 24. The abnormal cells were left untreated and i am due my next smear in April. Recently i have been experiencing bleeding between periods and bleeding after sex; even bleeding after just clitoral stimulation (sorry if tmi).

  1. could this be due to the cells becoming more advanced?
  2. Do you think if i made an appointment with my GP they would do my smear 2 months early because i am so worried?
