Cin 1-2 to Normal after 4 years Not convinced .....

Hi so 5 weeks ago I had my 2nd ever smear - Four years after my first which showed CIN 1-2, for which I had treatment yet cells still remained (however was discharged back to GP for 3 yearly smears). My most recent smear has just come back as Normal but I’m still worried, how did those changes seemingly disappear, considering the lletz in 2011 did not clear it all ? I know I should be relieved but I am panicking that the lab has gave me the wrong results or something ? Likely at all ? Or am I just stressing over nothing ? Help please x
