Awaiting results and panicking

For around four months I’ve bled between periods spotted randomly passed little tiny clots had lots of discharge that can only be explained as water. I have bleeding imediatly after inter course and I went to doctors and they have discovered an erosion I’ve had one smear test which was seven years ago so one has been Sent away. Since the smear I’ve experienced nausea and cramping I’m extremely worried as the doctor did say she thinks that it isn’t just the erosion causing my symptoms. I’m 25 mum of a 2 and 7 year old and relatively healthy. I’ve a 3-4 week wait for results and have been refered for a scan within three weeks. Does this sound like I’m over reacting or should I be concerned xx
