I had a pap January 2021 and test results came back as having HPV with Epithelial Cell Abnormality: Low grade squamous intraepithelial Lesion.
Had colposcopy and the results of that came back as pre-cancerous cells CIN2/3.
Had the Leep procedure in March of 2021 to remove the precancers cells.
Fast forward to now, November 2023 and had my 2nd pap smear of the year (doctor has me get my paps every 6 months after I had my Leep) and it was found that I still have HPV (it will never go away) and my results came back as Atypical Glandular Cells.
I now am scheduled for a colposcopy and an endometrial biopsy at the end of December.
My anxiety is high right now. One because of the test results (so sad to see that im not ok, again) and two the pain I’m going to be going through doing all the tests. I’m going to say it’s quite possible they will have me do the Leep surgery, again? But, it’s to soon to say, but it doesn’t look so good right now.
