Hi girls :slight_smile:

I have my test of cure next week at the colposcopy clinic but not sure what to expect will they do a smear test or a colposcopy? I’m so nervous! Put it all to the back of my mind for the past 6 months & hoping for it to be clear really don’t want to have to go through it all again.

So sorry to hear your experience, I'm in the same boat myself.

I had my follow up yesterday after LLETZ for high grade and I had a colposcopy. 

The colposcopy is just the same as a smear only they use a microscope to inspect the cervix, they just give the doctor a better view. 

Whether or not you will need treatment depends on what the doctor sees, which is hopefully nothing in your case, fingers crossed for you
