Terrified!

I have my very first smear test booked for tomorrow morning. I am 30 and never had one before because my anxiety is soo bad i am terrified to go.

I havent been sexually active in a long time so i am really scared about tomorrow incase something goes wrong. 

Has anyone else been through the same thing?

I hope all went well! The way I approach these things is I'm doing it for my health/wellbeing and I'm worth it! 

They certainly got easier for me as time went on. Hope the same goes for you too.
