Hi ladies, sorry if this is gross but I'd feel silly calling my doctor to ask...I just has a cone biopsy 6 days ago...my discharged looks how they described it would, but the smell is odd. For anybody who has had children, it smells like postpartum bleeding does. I remember that smell very vividly and this is exactly the same. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
I haven't had a cone I had a loop treatment and the doctor told me infection is common down there especially around the 7-10 day mark. I'd just let your doc know and it might just be a course of antibiotics. (I've had a loop treatment twice now and both times for infection) x
