Hi @WeeP I think mine is from not being as active! I had terrible spasms one night and was really worried but it’s just an aching back again now. I normally go to gym and walk loads, I am a nurse so on my feet a lot too. But the last few weeks I have definitively sat on my backside more.
I had Chemoradiation I am just exhausted some days and others I am ok. It always eases off in the afternoon. My skin on my face is dry and I feel generally like I look like shit! But we need to be kind to ourselves so I’m trying this!

Hi @WeeP , no idea yet, hopefully find out today, after scan, mines was sore at base of back and then got worse ats days went on, now feels like sciatica. X
