Hello. Please could someone tell me how you find out which HPV type you have and if it’s high risk or not? Is this something my doctor should’ve told me?

If you were diagnosed with hpv following a smear test then it will be one of the many high risk types
I am not sure if the NHS test can tell you what strain you have tho, perhaps your GP can tell you x
