Hi guys new to this so sorry, had my second smear today (been told 8 weeks for results) my question is, I had my first smear 3 years ago it was borderline changes but hpv negative, if I was negative for hpv then does that mean I will be again? Relationship status is the exact same as was then nothings changed at all. Not really clued up on this hpv thing at all
HPV infections usually clear up within 1-2 years but sometimes they can lie dormant and come and go so it is possibly to be HPV positive affer a previous negative result
