Heavy Painful Periods following LLETZ

Hi Everyone.

Im new here! Was hoping for some advice… I googled my symptoms and your forum came up. You ladies seem to be in the know!

Basically Its been a year and 5 months since my LLETZ treatment, you will see from my signature what my history is, but im still having heavy painful periods. I never suffered with period pains previously but how they are now I dont even want to leave the bed let alone the house! And it lasts for about 3 days. I feel drained and exhausted by the end of it.

should I be worried or if this is normal?

I have a Pelvic Exam with my doctor on Friday. But dont have my repeat smear until Dec 2017… and I feel thats far too long!

Im only 27.

Hi Hun I also get this, think it's due to the scar tissue on the cervix being abit more tough and makes it more difficult for the blood ( eek ) to get through? I'm going back in March for my next smear so will try find out more then if its still bad!
