Hello all,
I had a cone biopsy at the end of September. My pathology results came back as CGIN, no cancer.
Today a received a letter from my Oncologist stating a specialist Pathologist reviewed my pathology slides again and they have found cancer. They said my cone Biopsy removed everything though and that is all the treatment I need.
I am feeling very nervous and upset. I don't understand how this was missed, and even though my letter said the Cone biopsy removed it all, I don't particularly have all the confidence in this now.
Has anyone experienced this kind of thing before?
