Hello. I have just had a cone biopsy. Can anyone tell me how long in their experience it took to feel normal again.
I haven’t told my place of work yet and wondered if I will be able to work after a few days off? Thanks x
Hi Nikki, I’ve only just seen your post (I’m new to the forum!) so wish I could have responded quicker. I also had a cone biopsy in December- my recovery was slow- no pain as such just bloating from the GA, then 2 infections plus I became anaemic… sooo a bit of a process haha. Just wandered if your results post biopsy came back all clear? And what’s next for you in terms of check ups? Hope you don’t mind me asking!
Hi,
I had a large amount of cervix removed which showed stage 1 cervical cancer. I am fortunate to of had this caught early enough without the need for radiotherapy. I will have my lymph nodes removed and hopefully be discharged and monitored going forward.
