Cin 1 & cin 2

Hi everyone I hope your all doing well!
I feel a little silly and quiet embarrassed posting.
I received a letter stating I have a high strain hpv and had a biopsy,
My results was cin 1 but cannot exclude cin 2 changes back in December 2022
My results came through march 2023
I’m super stressed honestly my anxiety has hit the roof and I keep thinking the worst!
My follow up appointment Is in June right before my wedding and that’s putting a huge downer on everything!
But recently I have constant abdominal cramps and quiet sore (lady bits)
Im petrified to even get intimate with my partner although he’s fully aware And we both obviously have the same strain I cannot get out my head hpv of the throat etc it’s taking over my life sigh
I just don’t know what to do! I think I’m looking for just some reassurance I’m really struggling to sleep at night
