Just finished my first week of radiotherapy. While the radiotherapy itself is painless, I’ve started getting some pain in my cervix. I suppose when you think about what radiotherapy is doing there it shouldn’t be surprising, but nobody mentioned it to me among the long list of side-effects. Is it normal?
Hi @_Suki , i too have just finished my first week and begin my second today. Like yourself i have also had what i can only describe as similar to period pain but also bouts of pressure like something was going to fall out of me (if only it was that easy). I thought id done ok until friday and Saturday when the fatigue and then nausea hit me so going to speak to my team this week to sort extra meds hopefully.
