Hi All
Following on from my earlier post, i think 24th May to wait until they have the specialist meeting is a long time to wait. I'm working on the basis if something was wrong they would have me in straight away.
I'm 41 and never had an abnormal smear so this is freaking me out a bit.
Any reassurance or advice would be appreciated.

I think you are absolutely right. They wouldn't be letting you wait a month if they were seriously worried.
that is the day of my Lletz too.
Do you think ungraded cin means cin they want to look at as a team and grade ? ie they are unsure
in fact I looked up some old posts from this site and this is what it means. There is no clarity about the level. But it is cin. Just might be a mixture of types maybe ?
this would be relevant when they are considering treatments and discussing them with you.
For example when they gave me a smear and colposcopy they thought it was low grade. Biopsy is cin2. They wouldn't have given me a lletz without the biopsy. Maybe mine is mixed too

I've been sat on the letter about 2 weeks already so it'll actually be a 6 week wait until the meeting takes place.
The letter just said Cin1 was present but there was ungraded cin which may represent cin 2.
Hopefully it is as you say just a mixture and the meeting is only to discuss relevant treatment.
It's just the longer i have to wait the more anxious and worked up i get about it all.
I don't really have anyone to talk to so it's all whirling round in my head.

I was really upset when my cin1 turned out to be two ( at least the bits they biopsied).
However neither of these levels is anything really to be too concerned about. It is the uncertainty which is awful
Ive just had lettz treatment as my biopsy showed cin3 but got letter today and it says the result is no CIN and tht they are having a meeting about it.... it doesnt make sense to me.... i dont trust them either as i have had high grade hpv past 3 smears and then had colposcopy but they never took biopsy till this time which showed CIN 3 so could of showed sooner if they had done them previous
