Worried about result from LLETZ treatment

I have been high risk HPV for the past 3 years, but no negative cell changes
Due to 3 positive HPV, offered Colposcopy which came back as high grade CGIN had LLETZ and was told my results would be discussed at MDT on 16th November, and then they would write to me with the results. I contacted the clinic today to see where my results were to be told that my results needed to be discussed again at MDT tomorrow, as further advice is needed from another gynaecologist and I would hear from them on Friday. I’m left absolutely worried now that somethings wrong? Has anyone ever had this before and what was the outcome
