hello, any advice would be most welcome.
im 29 and due to have my first smear on Thursday, i delayed it as was not sexually active till 27. I'm nervous it's going to hurt not least because I've only ever been sexually active once. Any suggestions on how I can stop myself panicking beforehand would be most welcome.
