Hi! I’m hoping for a bit of Reassurance!
i don’t know if I’m in the right place or not. Ive been having abnormal bleeding for the past 3 months, along with servere pain in my pelvic area, lower abdomen and lower back. I’ve also suffered extreme Fatigue. I’ve been to the doctors on And off having different tests done. As all test came back negative I was then sent for an emergency referral which I attended today.
They took a brief look told me that there isn’t anything wrong with my ovaries and have sent me off with some hormonal tablets for 3 months. They’ve told me if these don’t control my bleeding then I need to be referred back and a biopsy would need to be done. I’m 23 nearly 24 and it worries me that because I’m not 25 that that is why they didn’t do a full biopsy This time.
im just wondering if anyone has had the same sort of experience and did they actually help? Or even if anyone had the same experience but was still sent for a biopsy?
