I recentley did another hpv test 3 months after i did my last one and this one came back negative for high risk hpv… is this possible or is it likely to be a false negative?
Sorry to jump on your post Blackrose23 but I have also had a colposcopy with biopsy which showed no cancer or CIN but I do also have squamous metaplasia. I have also been expeiriencing bladder problems and I had a cystocopy which showed squamous metaplasia in the trigone of the bladder. I am struggling for someone to provide info on the 'squamous metaplasia'. Do you know what it means?
Hi as far as i know it just means normal changes of the adeno cells to squamous cells it does not indicate amything serious.
