I had my LLETZ back in March and have some similar symptoms. I am getting brownish discharge 3 to 4 days before my period. Period pain is much worse and i am getting some pains at other times during my cycle.
I am concerned maybe something has come back or missed as my cervix feels inflammed and i have lower back pain often. Go back for my follow up on 15 Sept so see what he says then. I am fully expecting to at least still be hpv positive.
