When should my 6 month follow up smear be?

Had a dodgy smear test in February of this year, a colposcopy and LLETZ in April and a letter in June telling me I had CIN and should have a repeat smear in 6 months.

Should my next 6 month smear be 6 months after my last smear, 6 months after my LLETZ or 6 months after my letter? Or does it not matter?

Asking because I have moved to a different NHS trust and must book myself in for my next smear.

I would say 6 months after your colposcopy appointment when you had your lletz.

6 months after your treatment...I just had my cone biopsy in APril and my ob/gyn on my follow up to get my results in May counted 6 months from my cone so I go in  October for my follow up.
