At Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust we value feedback from our services users. We want to know your thoughts on the services we provide to those who have, or may have questions about cervical screening, HPV, and those affected by cervical cancer, or cervical abnormalities (changes to the cells of the cervix). We are also very interested to hear the views of partners, family, and loved ones of people living with and beyond cervical cancer.
We would love to know your views on our services, any ways that they could be improved, or if you feel that there are other services you think would be of benefit that we don't currently offer.
The results from the survey will be used only to help us to continue to review and improve our support services and will remain anonymous.
