Hi Everyone,

We are always looking for your feedback so we can improve and evaluate our work and make sure we are meeting your needs. Therefore we have designed a short survey focusing on your experiences of using our online forum so we can better understand the impact it is having, and how we can improve it to ensure we continue to provide the best possible support for you, and women and their loved ones affected by cervical cancer and cervical abnormalities.

We would really appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the survey. It should only take approximately 5 minutes and all responses are kept strictly confidential.
