Hi I know this a bit random but does anyone know if it ok for me to start the Cambridge weight loss programme I'm 13 months post treatment x
I don't know anything about the Cambridge diet but as far as I'm aware you can just live your life post treatment the way you lived it pre diagnosis.
Hi Hun, I followed Slimming World diet right throughout all of my treatment. I don't see it as a diet - it's just a way of eating now. I was never told I couldn't "diet". Good Luck xxxx
