Just thought I’d post a little update for you. I posted on here a few weeks before Christmas. My wife had an abnormal smear, low grade dyskaryosis, high risk HPV.
She had her colpoloscopy today. CIN1 confirmed by the specialist nurse. Next appointment in 11 months for follow up. Obviously we are made up but I asked the nurse if 11 months is a while off. She said the changes are that minor that 12 months from the smear will be fine. Is this normal procedure? I thought a maximum of 6 month check up would of been sufficient?
