Hi all. Looking for some advice. My sister recently went to doctors and upon being there was told she had a bulky uterus and white spots on the neck of the womb. So she has been urgently referred for a pelvic ultrasound. Now I don’t know too much but googling as you do. I am lead to believe the neck of the womb is the cervix. SO why would she be offered a ultrasound or could they be checking for uterine cancer instead. Also I am worried sick. Do most people send on a urgent referral end up getting cancer ? Could the white spots be anything else. Would appreciate replies. Thank you.

what did the white spots turn out to be ? I have been referred for the white spots on my cervix and worried sick. appointment end of week for colposcopy.
